HALCON is a powerful image processing software with numerous applications that can easily solve many image processing and machine vision problems. Get Image Processing Software
Until now, the cracked version of the software has been available to a few people in Iran, and sometimes this opportunity has been used for buying and selling the cracked version. For this reason, we have decided to provide the cracked version of HALCON software versions 18 and 12 for free on the website for everyone to use. Version 18 can only be installed on 64-bit Windows, but version 12 can be installed on both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.

Install HALCON Image Processing Software
After extracting the file from the compressed format, go to the main folder named HALCON. There are two files in this folder. Click on halcon-12.0-windows and wait a few moments for the installation file to load and appear on the monitor. Then carefully follow the steps below.
Start HALCON Software Installation
In the first step of the installation, you are advised to close all other software. Click Next to continue.
License Agreement
The next window is related to the license agreement. Scroll down to activate the I Agree option. Then click on I Agree. (Note that sometimes the condition for activating the I Agree option is to scroll down to the bottom).
Update Information for HALCON Image Processing Software Installation
In the next window, it is recommended that you only receive the latest review of the HALCON version by checking the only available option. Due to the use of the cracked version, deactivate this option. Then click Next.
Choose System Architecture
For systems that support more than one architecture, choose x64 or x86. The software itself makes this selection for your computer. It is recommended not to change the default selection (x64 or x86) and click Next.
Select the Type of HALCON Image Processing Software Installation
You can use one of the four following modes based on your needs.
- Full version: This version includes all libraries, capabilities, examples, documents, and practical interfaces. By default, this version is used.
- Compact version: This version is a concise version of HALCON, including libraries, some documents, and practical interfaces.
- Runtime version: A concise version of HALCON containing libraries and practical interfaces. In fact, this version contains what is needed to run the HALCON software and does not contain examples and documents.
- Custom: In this mode, you can select each item you want to install.
We use the full version to install HALCON software, which is the default choice. By selecting full, the required sections for installation are automatically selected, and no changes are needed. Click Next.
Select License Drivers
The next window is for installing additional drivers for the license. Since we are using the cracked version, do not select any of the options in this window and click Next.
Select GigE Vision Standard Interface Driver
In the next window, by checking the available option, you can access more features and capabilities in capturing images with HALCON software using the GigE Vision standard interface. If you want to use this interface, check this option.
Select the Preferred Language
In this window, select your preferred language. English is selected by default.
Select Installation Path
In the next window, you can select the installation path or use the default path. As you can see in the image, you need about 2GB of space to install HALCON.
Installation
In the next window, you will be asked about the installation location of the examples. You can choose the default option. Finally, click Install.
License File
Since we are using the cracked version, check the box for not having a license file.
HALCON Software Crack
Crack Halcon 12 Software
To crack the software, follow these steps:
- Go to the HALCON installation path (HALCON-12.0 file).
- After installing the software in drive C in the Program Files or Program Files(x86) folder, a folder named MVTech is created. The HALCON-12.0 file is located in MVTech.
- Go to the license folder (the License folder is located next to the installation file in the HALCON-12.0 folder). Inside this folder, there are three files named bin, FLEXlm, and License. Copy them.
- Then go to the software installation path (after installing the software in the Program Files or Program Files(x86) folder, a folder named MVTech is created). After entering the MVTech folder, go to the HALCON-12.0 folder. Replace the copied files with the existing files.
Crack Halcon 18 Software
- Go to the HALCON installation path (HALCON-18.11 file).
- After installing the software in drive C in the Program Files or Program Files(x86) folder, a folder named MVTech is created. The HALCON-18.11 file is located in MVTech.
- Go to the license folder (the License folder is located next to the installation file in the HALCON-halcon-18.11 folder). Inside this folder, there is a file named halcon.dll. Copy it.
- Then go to the software installation path (after installing the software in the Program Files or Program Files(x86) folder, a folder named MVTech is created). After entering the MVTech folder, go to the HALCON-18.11-Progress folder, then open the bin folder and go to the x64-win64 folder. Replace the copied files with the existing files.
The software is now ready to use, and you can access it from the Start menu (under the name Hdevelop).
