Rear Automotive Glass Element Inspection

Rear Automotive Glass Element Inspection

After the printing stage, the glass enters the bending phase. Practically, once the glass is bent, the possibility of reprinting on the glass does not exist, and defective products are excluded! This issue significantly amplifies the importance of online and real-time detection of systematic or partial printing malfunctions.

Machine vision systems provide the capability for online and real-time inspection of printing. These systems include essential components such as cameras and software for image analysis.
Bina Processing Systems, commissioned by Tose-e Sanat Arka Robotics Company, have undertaken the programming part of this project.

In collaboration with these two companies, the glass element inspection project has been implemented for the first time in Iran. This software, with the ability to detect the smallest defects in the elements, completely guarantees the quality of the products in the automotive glass production factory.

The most important feature of this program can be considered its teachability, meaning that it can be used to control the quality of various element prints.

Other Inspectable Defects

Other issues such as inspecting lines and scratches, stains, and glass chips can also be implemented with machine vision systems.
